InstallationThe following 8 steps should help you easily install your Anonymizer software. Our InstallAware Wizard will guide you through each step. Images are provided for additional clarification to visually guide you through the process.
Click on “Download Now” on the Web site and select Run or Save. Click on the “Anonymizer Software” icon, if you saved the installation file to your computer. You will see the “InstallAware Wizard.” Click “Next” to continue.
Click the “Installation” icon. You will see the “InstallAware Wizard.” Click “Next” to continue.
NOTE: For future reference, Your Anonymizer® Software is managed by your Dashboard, a place where you can easily control all of your online identity protection programs in one easy location. Your Dashboard also gives you access to the status of your installed Anonymizer software. In addition, you can also access the latest articles and announcements regarding online identity protection from your Dashboard. To find out more about your Dashboard, click here.

Read the licensing agreement, check the “I accept the license agreement” box and then “Next.”

You will be asked to select your install type, choosing “Complete Setup” is highly recommended.
Step 4Top ↑
The next window will allow you to select your destination path; simply click “Next.” DO NOT change the installation path!
Step 5Top ↑
In this step, you can choose to install the software for “All Users” or “Just Me.” Once you have made your selection, click “Next.”
Step 6Top ↑
You are now ready to install the Software. Click “Next” to continue. The installation process will then begin.

Choose “Finish” to begin running the software.
Step 8Top ↑
After installation is complete, you will be brought to your personal “Dashboard” to activate your software.
Please Note: For future reference, Your Anonymizer® Software is managed by your Dashboard, a place where you can easily control all of your online identity protection programs in one easy location. Your Dashboard also gives you access to the status of your installed Anonymizer software and quick links to get easy updates. UninstallOur uninstall section is designed to help you quickly uninstall any Anonymizer® Software components from your computer.
Begin by right clicking the “Anonymizer” Icon in the lower right hand side of your system tray and choosing “Exit.”

Click “OK” to close the Anonymizer program.
Step 3Top ↑
Click on the “Start” Icon in the lower left hand corner and then choose “Control Panel.”
Step 4Top ↑
Choose “Add or Remove Programs.”
Step 5Top ↑
Choose “Change or Remove Programs.”
Step 6Top ↑
Choose the “Anonymizer Software” from the list to begin the “Uninstall Wizard.”
Step 7Top ↑
Select “Remove” to uninstall completely or “Modify” to remove a specific component and then “Next” to continue.
Step 8Top ↑
Choose the component(s) that you wish to remove, and then check “Entire feature will be unavailable.” To finish the uninstall process, click “Next” to proceed with the removal.

Click on the “Windows” Icon in the lower left hand corner and then choose “Control Panel.”

On the left hand navigation, choose “Control Panel Home” and then under "Program" choose “Uninstall a program.”

Choose the “Anonymizer Software” from the list to begin the “Uninstall Wizard.”
Step 6Top ↑
Select “Modify” and then “Next” to continue.
Step 7Top ↑
Choose the component(s) that you wish to remove, and then check “Entire feature will be unavailable.” To finish the uninstall process, click “Next” to proceed with the removal.
