Issue: Disconnected from the L2TP Server
- The L2TP connections being blocked by the network you are using
- The port used to connect to the server is being blocked
- The Anonymizer domain is blocked
- The Shared Secret has been edited or changed
Connect to the Internet through an alternate network.
Alternate Resolution #1
Reinstall the Anonymizer Universal program.
Alternate Resolution #2
Ensure L2TP connections are allowed through the Firewall or Router. To do this, please ensure that you allow traffic on ports 500 and 4500. For help with your Router configurations, please contact us.
