Launch the Trend Micro Dashboard and select the “Gear” Icon.
Select the “Internet & Emails Control” drop down
From the Internet & Email Controls, select Network. Verify that the “Activate the Firewall Booster,” box is checked and click on Windows Firewall.
From the Windows Firewall screen click “Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall.”
From the “Allowed app” window, verify that Anonymizer Universal in on the Allowed apps list. If it is not, please click “Allow another app” at the bottom of the screen.
From the “Add an app” menu, select Anonymizer Universal and then click Add.
