Step 1

Locate the Mac Client within your account home and click it to begin the download process.

Step 2

• Prior to beginning the installation process, insure that you are current with your Apple updates.
• To avoid complications in setup, it is advised that security software is disabled during the installation process.

Step 3

Proceed to navigate to the installation file Anonymizer_Universal_2.x.dmg

Step 4

Double click the icon to mount the compressed disk image file. Once the file has been mounted, please drag the Anonymizer Universal application into the Applications folder.

Step 5

Navigate to your Applications folder and select Anonymizer.

Step 6

Click Open when prompted, ““Anonymizer Universal” is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?”

Step 7

Anonymizer Universal will launch, creating a little orange box with an “A” in your Mac’s status bar.

Step 8

Enter your login credentials into the Username and password fields, within the client window. Once inputted sign in by clicking the green login [ > ] button.

Step 9

The Anonymizer Universal connection status message will present in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 10

Once the client has successfully connected, your status will display as “Protected, Private & Secure.”
